Birthday Bash!!!

This year for Irelynn's birthday we did a sweet little back yard BBQ. Well I intended for it to be a little party, I ended up inviting more people then originally planned and it turned into a big birthday BASH!!! Filled with Inflatable bouncers, pinatas, a sweet cake from "nothing bunt cakes", and hamburgers and hot dogs for all!!! She seemed to really enjoy all the attention and for a couple days after still kept talking about her "Berthday Potty". I can't believe out little baby is a walking, talking (Talking back) two year old!! Crazy, I miss the little baby she once was.

One her birthday morning we woke her up with this cake, we went down to her room and sang her Happy Birthday. She woke up with a huge smile and was super HAPPY HAPPY!!

Also on her birthday we decided to go boating!!! Elle's boy Cory family let us take ther boat out to Utah lake. I was a super nice day and the girls really enjoyed it! I even got up on the surf board!!!YEAH!!!

Happy Birthday little girl!

Yellowstone...

May 21st we left home and headed to Yellowstone.Trailer packed, weather forecast said snow, and the girls has mild colds (I was a little nervous but ready to get out!) Not really sure what we were in for but excited for our first family trip of the year! April and Blair were our tour guides, and we put our faith in them to get us there and make the most out of our 3 day trip! WE HAD A BLAST!! We drove through 3 states, hit the famous BEAR WORLD on our way in. While in bear world we drove up close to about 20+ bears, wolves, elk, bison, deer, moose, and some turkeys. The crazy and very naughty wolves decided to take some weather striping from our trailer off for a snack. After driving through we went to the petting zoo, saw baby pigs, pet some deer, and baby goats, and tried to feed ducks out of our hands. Then off to Yellowstone we went! Dallas' only wish was to see a Bear. Day one we went to Old Faithful were we stood out in the rain and waited about 30 minutes to watch it go off(not my favorite part but still pretty cool). NO BEARS!! Day 2 we drove up the Lower falls and saw a beautiful waterfall. I looked so cool with the newly fallen snow from the night before. Later on that day we drove up to mammoth were we saw a mama Grizzly with her 4 cubs(1 riding on her back) it was the coolest thing to see in the wild! Drove a little more and saw 2 more Grizzlies humping away!! HA HA!! Then after ran over to feast on a dead bison. After that on our drive back to camp we saw another Grizzly about 2 miles away from camp! Dallas Got his wish, we saw more bears then April and Blair have seen in all there trips put together! We put about 1000 miles on the truck, and went through about 7 tanks of gas! But it was worth it! It was a nice a peaceful trip, we enjoyed our time, we enjoyed the company. We went on a hike, we made some good food, the was some cool hot pots, got a free mist bath. All in all we loved our trip! The girls enjoyed the wild! Aspen says it was the best camp out ever!! Thanks April and Blair for the invite or look forward to the next one! You guys are great tour guides!
