Christmas Tree 2009

So yesterday while Dallas was working a long 17 hour shift the girls and I decided to start decorating for Christmas. I had my cousin Christa over to help/do my tree. She has such an eye for awesome Christmas decor! She has actually started decorating peoples houses. Check her out http://www.thechristmasaddict.blogspot.com/. I love how our tree turned out!

Dallas and I were hanging out at the kitchen table when we heard a weird noise from the cat....Where is the cat??

Oh there she is...IN THE TREE!!! I swear if she knocks it down I'm going to freak out!

The girls got to decorate the little trees down stairs! They LOVED it! ( don't you love their cute outfits!! We didn't leave the house so I let them wear what the wanted!)

On our way downtown Aspen woke up in the back seat. She asked me where we were going.

I told her "to see the Princesses"

She said "NO! mom I can't go right now!

"But Aspen why not"

"I have to go with my Prince!"

"Daddy, and he is still in Ohio"

This was the look she had the whole time! Her eyes were glued, her smile was bright, and her imagination was in heaven! Serously, to see her expression when she saw those princesses out there brought such a warm feeling to my heart. She believed that we were in a magical kingdom. She believed that she was one of them. She was on cloud nine!

Happy Birthday babe!! Thank you for getting up everyday and working so hard to support our family!! I are the best husband, daddy, brother, son, and friend any one could ask for! Aspen LOVES to swim!

This fall session of swimming lessons have been quite the success!

She is working on her dolphan swim, knee dives, and last week jumped off the diving board for the first time, and swam over to the side by herself!!

Here is a picture of her about a month ago, under water diving for rings!

We just signed Both girls up for the winter session starting in January. I can't wait to see Irelynn in the water swimming like a fish!
