Someone might be watching you....

Yesterday the girls and I were outside playing in the snow and making a snowman. I looked up at the window and Dallas was taking some video of us... I guess you never know when someone might be recording you!

Looks like Dallas likes my new flip too!

First broken bone for Irelynn...

Sunday we went up to Dallas's parents for dinner. Dallas and Irelynn were sitting at the counter on bar stools having some pre dinner snacks. Dallas turned his head for just a minute...and Irelynn fell off the stool. Irelynn is a tough chick and normally only cries for just a minute. After 20 minutes of crying I knew that something wasn't right. After taking off her shirt she kept pointing at her right shoulder.... So Dallas and I took her to Alta Views ER. The Doctor did an exam and then an X-ray ....we found out that she has a broken collarbone:( There isn't much you can do for and 18 month old with a broken collarbone. Just see if she will keep a sling on and make sure she plays mellow and doesn't move it much. Poor thing seems to be in pain but still manages to keep smiling and be super sweet. I just hate seeing her in pain and know that there is really nothing I can do about it. Lets just hope that it heals faster then the 4-6 weeks the doctor said it might take.

Christmas at our house...

The girls were way into Santa this year...but Aspen hated seeing him in person!

Presents and toys not so much....

Way more into the excitement and parties....

This year was magical....

One that we will all remember forever.

Irelynn liked the fat man in a red suit

Aspen not so much

Irelynn got a couple dolls, a doll stroller, a big wheel, some building blocks, and coloring stuff

Aspen got a digital camera, all the princess barbies, a couple games, a barbie big wheel, more dress up clothes!

We all had a great Christmas! Thanks to our loving family!

Our Christmas Girls!

Every year I get the girls picture taken in their Christmas outfits...this year since we are trying to cut back some I decided that we girls have had their pictures done enough this year. I still wanted to get them Christmas outifts so i just took these pictures to remember them!

Counting our blessings....

This was the sight that I drove up to yesterday...after receiving a call from Dustin ( Dallas' brother) telling me that Dallas was ok but had gotten in a roll over accident. As I was in a rush to get up there and see him...that 15 minutes seem to be the longest ever....I couldn't help but think all the "what ifs" and how freaking lucky we are that ever one walked way with only sore bodies!

Dallas and his friends Nick and Cody (Cody was the driver) went hunting early yesterday morning. After coming back desided to go to lunch. After leaving lunch heading south on 7th east in the left lane, noticed a car heading north drifting over towards them...there was no time to do anything. Dallas said all they could do is yell "Oh SHI...."! Both cars going about 40 forced the jeep to roll and hit another car...were the car that hit them also went long and hit another car. There were 4 cars total in the accident caused by an 86 year old man that had blacked out while driving!

We a sure counting our blessings today! I'm so glad that Dallas always makes sure to kiss me and the girls everytime he leaves! We love you!

The 3 of them after they flipped the Jeep back over!

Happy Birthday Cru baby!

We love you little guy! Man this year has gone WAY TO FAST! You are such a sweet little boy! You sure make us smile and Dallas and I are proud to be your anut and uncle!

Great Family...Great Night...

Tonight we (all 12 of us) went down town to see the light at temple square

It was a cold and kinda wet night

We enjoyed the company...we enjoyed the lights.

The girls really enjoyed the hot chocolate at JB'S after.
This will be a night that we (all 12 of us) will remember.

Tonight...we started a new tradition!

Gingerbread Houses

Rylee Walker ( Aspen's BEST friend) had a gingerbread house making party. Kelsey (Rylee's mom) made all the gingerbread from scratch glued all the houses together, and made the icing too. All we had to bring was candy to decorate! It was a mommy and me date for Aspen and I. Super Cute idea Kelsey! We had lots of fun! Thanks!

Here are all the cute kids that joined us in the party!
