Meet ...LILY HOPPER!

Daddy is working the night shifts lately and last night he caught a bunny. (It's a domestic bunny)He brought it home for the girls. So this morning when Aspen got up we told her that the bunny was out side and that it was their very own pet and that they had to take care of it. So we went outside, I looked at Aspen and she seemed a little upset. She says " Where's all the Easter eggs??" (funny how they associate Bunnys with Easter) Any way they love their bunny and named Her Lily Hopper. We keep her in the yard and she stays little the girls playhouse. Aspen sure is taking being in charge of the bunny thing serious. She feeds the bunny everything: Apples, green beans, lettuce, grapes. You name it she's asked me if Lily Hopper can have it!

AsPEn Is a PRo DanCeR!!!

Last week was Aspen's very first but not last DANCE performance! She was a natural up on that stage. I've always known that she was a performer but last night just confirmed it! Her class was a mix of 2 1/2 and 3 year olds. It was funny to watch all the little ones up on the BIG stage shaking their little bums! Their dance was to the "Wheels on the bus". I recorded that a little but didn't get the best part. Which was an awesome finally, were Aspen just kept on dancing and was just so dang cute then finished with the cutest little bow! Sweet Mesquite...

Last week my friend Kelsey call edaround 2:00 on Monday and said that I should pack my bags and bring the kids down to mesquite for a couple of days. After some thought and a little push from Dallas, I was packed and me and the girls were off by 3:00. We picked up Kels and Rylee in St. George and made it to Mesquite by 10:00. Over the next couple days we enjoyed the warm/HOT weather, laying by the pool, bowling and spending some time with my Grandparents. It was quite the nice little get away. Thanks Kelsey!

Landon Floyd Frame

Well it's official Kohen has a little baby brother! This makes 4 nephews for Dallas and I. He came in at 7lbs 14oz 21in at about 8am this morning. He has lots of dark hair and such a sweet little face. Rachelle is doing great! Kohen is still not sure about whats going on quite yet! Congrats to the family, life with two babies is sure different then with one. There is that many more smiles!

Taken the GOOD with the BAD...

So I'm starting to think that life definitely gives you hard times just to even out the good and make you appreciate the better things in life.

EXAMPLE:

(GOOD)Dallas and I got a sweet $4000.00 tax refund this year (that we were going to spend on getting our drive way paved)
(BAD) I've been in and out of the doctor/ hospital with Pneumonia and Kidney stones for the past month and a half.
(GOOD) Got to spend 3 nice days in Mesquite (with the kids and my friend Kelsey)Laying out at the pool and enjoying the nice 90 degree weather.
(BAD)Got home today, went to go lay Aspen down for a nap and walked down stairs to find wet carpet from some plumbing gone bad.
(GOOD) Insurance is going to pay to fix the damage
(BAD) Insurance is not going to pay for the $2200 plumbing part gone bad!!:(

Looks like we aren't going to be able to get our driveway paved quite yet:( I guess what goes around comes around. Just sucks that it has to be so gosh darn expensive!!!

11 Months

Really I can't believe that our little Irelynn is already 11 months.So much has happened so fast. She is such a little sunbeam in our lives. Always happy, always smiling. She has started talking a little. She says momma, dada, Jaddy, and sissy every once in a while. Her new Favorite thing to do is stand up. She loves to just get in the middle of the room and surprise us by standing right up and clap for herself. Aspen and her play so well with each other. I love just to sit back and watch them interact with each other. Our girls make us so proud everyday. They really are such a blessing in our lives. We couldn't ask for life to better!
