Spring Pictures!

Well since Irelynn just turned 9 months, I figured that is was time to get her pictures done. Having it be so warm this past week made me really want to get some fresh new bright spring pictures. This morning the girls woke up so happy and smiling! Today was the day! I knew that I could get some good smiles out of the girls. I love how they turned out!

9 Months

Lets go ride bikes Mom....

Aspen has been wanting to take her princess bike outside ever since she got it. Well last weekend was nice enough weather to do just that! So I took her out into the parking lot in front of our house and she loved it. We did about 20 laps and I had just about enough. It was scary for me watching her cruise around like a big girl...She only fell off once...and don't worry I was there to catch her. I can't wait to go on family bike rides this summer!

Dragons???

Last week Wyatt came over to play. After an hour or so it was time for the Wy man to go home, But separating the two little munchkins is not always easy. So April told the kids that there was a dragon upstairs by the door.... and it worked!!! The kids ran upstairs to see this fire breathing dragon!!!! Well ever since Aspen has been so into dragons. She asked me what a dragon was so I sat down and told her that a dragon "protects" Princesses and is only mean to bad guys and little girls that don't listen to their moms and dads(which has really work to get her to listen) I told her that dragons live by castles where the princesses live.....So later on that day Aspen was looking out the window and saw the temple. She said it's a castle and the dragon's protecting the princess on the top! I could help but laugh(this girl had quite the imagination.) So every day all she talks about is dragons. I told Nana about this new dragon liking and it reminded her of this movie that we watched when we were little "Pete's Dragon!" So yesterday Nana called and told her that she had gotten Aspen a present...... Much to our surprise is was the movie! Aspen has enjoyed watching it over and over. So tonight after dinner we sat down and watched the cute movie together as a family....Thanks Nana!

SPRING FEVER....

I've had srping fever so bad lately.... I'm ready to take the kidos out and PLAY!!!! I was way bummed to wake up and see snow on the ground today:( Well it's seems that the wind has been blowing quite a bit lately....and what better thing to do on a windy day then fly a kite. So we have gone to the park a couple days now and flow kites! Aspen Loves it while Irelynn seems to be scared of it. We all have a great time for about 10 minutes and then it seems like I'm into it way more then Aspen. Oh well at least we got out of the house and tried something new!
