Pineview

For Fathers Day the girls and I got Dallas (and the family) a weekend boating trip to Pineview. We stayed at an awesome condo, had some great friends come to share it with, and a super fun boat to help us stay cool on these hot days that we have been having. The condo had a pool and a little hot tub on the deck! The kids had a blast running around and playing. Aspen and Ko even got to have a turn on the tube and loved every minute of it. They didn't ever want to get off, and whenever the boat would stop Aspen wanted to jump in the water. Dallas even mastered wake boarding on his first time out! Thanks everyone for a great weekend!

Look who's walking...

Irelynn started walking about two weeks ago. It was so wierd cause earlier that day she was so grumpy that we couldn't get down to play with the big kids. I kept telling her that if she could walk that I would let her down. So later on that day we get the this condo that we were staying at for the weekend and she started walking! She must known what I said and just decided to give in and walk!

She has also finally started getting so teeth!!! She got her first one about 2 days before her first birthday and didn't get her second one until she fell walking and broke throuhg her gums after hitting it on the bath tub!

She has fallen a couple of times and scraped her nose!

BLACKRIDGE RESERVOIR...

Last week a friend told me about this new beach like reservoir out in Herriman. She said that was a perfect place to take the kids to play and that I could relax and watch them....Well this just sounded way to cool to miss out on. So the next day Rachelle and I took the kids. They LOVED it!!! She was right I could relax and enjoy watching my kids play in the sun and just wear them selves out. So we decided that this was going to be an every Wednesday event. PLAYDATE??? If any one would like to join us this week we will be going out around 11 or so. Here are the directions.

Go to 13400 south and bangater and head west
turn left at the light after the smiths (5600 west)
Turn right on to Mirabella
Left on Emmeline (follow this for a while)
Then you will turn right onto Ashlynn Ridge
Go up and it is on your right side
Call me if you have a hard time finding it.

Celebrating Independence Day

We had such a fun and Busy 4th of July weekend! To start it off we went to the Parade in Riverton on Friday, had a nice BBQ at April and Blair's where all the Daddies put on a nice firework show! Then Saturday we had another BBQ at Dustin and Rachelle's where we watch another Fabulous Firework show! Then on the way home we stopped and watch the Sandy City Firework show in a Parking Lot! Then finished the nice and Busy weekend with a fun family and Friend pool party on Sunday! We are all so tired after this very busy weekend! The girls enjoyed it is much though, we love getting together with the cousins and playing! Irelynn we amazed with the fireworks and Aspen thought the sparklers were pretty cool!
