Girls Trip!!!!

Well last weeks one night while I was laying in bed not being able to sleep I started thinking about how fun it would be to go on a girls trip before I had the baby. Well in the morning I called up my sister in laws and asked them if they would be up for it. Much to my surprise they both said "YES" before I could even finish telling them about it. So I planned us a short two day trip to San Fran. After sitting in the airport for hours while our plane was delayed due to needed repairs. We finally got on another flight and were off to do as much as we could in the short time we were there. We had a blast and I think that we really did get to see alot. It was nice to get away I think that we all needed it more then we thought. I think us girls need to give a little more time for ourselves. It was a great trip. I say we do one every year!!! Next year you guys choose where to go....

Way to Go Dallas and April!!!

Saturday Dallas and his sister April ran the Half Marathon. Thanks to April for the Challenge! They finished just in around 2 hours! I'm so proud of Dal he really is kicking butt in what we call "The New Life Style." We have been eating more health and when I'm not pregnant we want to be more active as a family. I told Dallas that I want to try to run the Half with him next year but since I really have never ran before in my life. Maybe a 5K would be better for my first race. I really just don't know if I can do 13.1 miles for my first race. As soon as we have our second little angel. Mama is going to kick it into gear and get the baby weight off and start running!!!

Dallas is wanting to run a couple 5Ks and maybe another Half Marathon. If any one wants to join him let us know.

Tulip Festival!!!

Well since Tuesday is going to be such great weather. I was thinking about taking Aspen down to the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving Point. If there is any one that wants to join me. I'll be taking my sweet camera and hopefuly get some really good shots of the kids in the flowers. Let me know.

Camping at the Sand Dunes!!!

Every year we go to the dunes in April and I swear it gets colder and colder every time. 6 years ago when we first started going I swear we could wear our swim suits and layout and get fried. This year we were lucky to not have to wear a jacket the whole time. All and All it was still nice to get out and use our new trailer!!

Aspen loved playing in the sand and going on rides on her new bike or "ride" as she calls it. She is such an outdoors girl. Now that we have a trailer I'm sure we will be going out alot this summer. Hopefuly the new little one will like the outdoors as much as Aspen.

So Aspen is just the light of our lifes right now. She seems to be doing the funniest things lately which always makes us smile and laugh. Dallas and I just watch her and say how the hell does she come up with these things???
